Guard Division Inc., established in 1970, has been providing reliable security guard
service for nearly three decades. The area's leader in quality security service, we

Protective Security can provide professional,

services for industrial and construction sites, motels, department stores, restaurants,

Qualifications
- Before we hire anyone, we carefully
screen each of our potential security officers for ability, reliability and trouble
deterrent-appearance. Background checks are done through finger printing and then
turned into the Pennsylvania State Police for follow-up. This screening process
allows us to assure ourselves and our clients that all of our security officers'
reputations are above approach.
Training
- Protective Security guards
are trained to anticipate problems and respond immediately to all types of emergencies.
Police-disciplined, our security officers can help to prevent burglary,
shoplifting, vandalism, and employee theft. Regularly evaluated by demanding
supervisors, our officers are well motivated and perform accordingly. In addition,
we provide constant and on-going training in security, safety, public relations, law and
weaponry.
Inspections - Our security guard supervisors perform random
on-site inspections. We require each security officer to daily complete two service
reports documenting all activity that occurred during their shift. The officer's
supervisor receives one of these reports and the client holds the second as a record of
any unusual happenings during those hours that a security officer is required. We
can also install, for no additional charge, watch clock systems with key stations upon the
request of our clients.
Private Investigations - Protective Security also handles
private investigations. Each investigation, whether commercial, private or for an
individual, is carried out with the utmost discretion. Our security officers are
fully trained in surveillance and each investigation is strictly confidential.
