Our Experience and personalized Service in computerized monitoring enables us to offer our customers the assurance that they are protected.... 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by one of the fastest & most efficient Central Stations anywhere. As a Protective Security client, all of your important security information is entered into our computer system. In the event of an emergency, the signal is automatically processed and In seconds, the vital account data appears on the operator's monitor console and your specific instructions are carried out. Our Central Station has the capability to monitor unlimited alarm and supervisory signals. As a result of our ability to personalize the services we offer many options are available. Some of the basic services Protective Security offers include:
BURGLARY - If someone attempts to break into your business, an alarm signal is received at our Central Station within seconds of the intrusion. Immediately the police are dispatched and you, or persons of your choice, are notified to respond to the break-in.
FIRE - An immediate response to a fire is crucial to saving lives and property. With Protective Security's Central Station monitoring you get the fastest response available... even when your business is closed.
HOLD-UP - At the first sign of trouble, one of your employees just pushes a button and in seconds a signal is received at out Central Station. Immediately the proper authorities are dispatched to your location knowing a hold-up is in progress.
TEMPERATURE - Temperature sensors can be installed in your business. If the temperature happens to drop below, or rise above a specified setting, a signal is sent to our Central Station. At this time, either you or a person or persons of your choice are contacted to investigate the problem and take necessary steps to correct it. This is especially convenient in grocery stores and restaurants where regulated temperatures are a necessity.
OPEN/CLOSE REPORTS - When your business is opened in the morning and closed at night, an Opening or Closing signal is sent to our Central Station. Immediately this information is logged into our computer for later reference. At your request a hard-copy printout of your monthly activity log is retrieved from the our computer and forwarded for your review.
USER COMBINATIONS - Each of your employees are issued an Individual User Combination. When your business is opened or closed, not only will our Central Station receive your Open/Close report, the name of the person performing that particular function will also log in our computer along with the time each Open or Close signal is received. Again, at your request a hard-copy printout of your monthly activity log is retrieved from our computer and forwarded for your review.
REMOTE PROGRAMMING - By utilizing a Remote Programmer , many service calls are no longer necessary for many routine activities. A system set up with remote Programming capabilities will allow combination changes, locate faults, temporarily shut down problem zones, silence sirens, modify Open/Close schedules and much more. Remote diagnostics can determine problems or soon-to-be problems before they exist, so corrective actions can be taken.

Protective Security goes all out to ensure uninterrupted service to it's customers. Our Central Station is under extremely rigid security at all times. Fire and smoke detectors monitor conditions throughout our entire facility. Closed-circuit television surveillance cameras watch over the building. Doors are electronically locked and utilize digital access control. Our Central Station features an U.P.S. (uninterrupted power supply system), low voltage rechargeable stand by batteries plus a back-up generator system to ensure continuous operation during power outages. Dual telephone company installed trunk lines with separate entrance service from our central monitoring station to the central telephone exchange. Cellular backup phone service is provided along with automatic transfer switching.
